Brendon Holland

Co-Founder, Executive Producer

After attending high school in Springfield, Brendon headed out to Brigham Young University where he began studying Chemical Engineering and worked as an Audio Engineer/Technician. He soon learned that A/V Production is way more fun than Chemistry, and decided to dedicate his studies to live and recorded audio and live video production. Brendon has worked with platinum-selling musical artists, world-renowned comedy and dance groups, and nationally broadcasted collegiate sports. Brendon is currently the Director of Production & Technology at Focus Springfield

Jeremy Turgeon

Co-Founder

Jeremy is a Springfield native and a regionally and nationally recognized trumpeter. From his humble beginnings at the High School of Science & Technology, Jeremy has grown to perform at venues of all sizes with both his band and as a session musician for performers across many genres. Jeremy also teaches at the Community Music School of Springfield and at Springfield Public Schools through the Sonido Musica program.

Josué Vázquez

Director of Photography

Josué has an Associates degree from the Digital Media Production program in Springfield Technical Community College. He has interned with Focus Springfield between Fall 2014 to Spring 2015. Throughout his time at the station he’s helped local producers shoot and edit their shows, shoot sporting events, and broadcasting city council & school committee meetings. He has mastered the art of PTZ camera systems, camera operation, and Directing/Technical Directing.

Robert Markham

Director of Photography

Bobby is a proud graduate of STCC’s Digital Media Production Program and a true jack-of-all-trades in television production, with experience as a director of photography, technical director, audio engineer, and camera operator across all levels of nonprofit and for-profit production. A lifelong lover of music, Bobby has found a strong niche in directing video for music, where his attention to detail and creative expression have helped the Community Jam thrive.
